What to send us before a disclosure readiness session
A short packing list so a half-day session spends time on wording, not hunting files.
A disclosure readiness session works best when facts are already known and only the wording is unfinished. Bring the following in editable form where possible.
Documents
- Latest draft notes (Word or similar), not only PDF
- Prior-year signed accounts for comparative wording
- Register of directors and significant shareholders for the period
- New or amended loan agreements, leases, and guarantees signed during the year
- Legal counsel’s latest status note on material claims
Open-item list
Number the disclosures you already know are incomplete. We work top-down by filing risk: going concern, related parties, contingencies, then presentation notes.
People in the room
The controller who owns the pack should attend. If related-party facts sit with the company secretary, invite them for the first hour. We do not need the full board present.
Book a session from the engagements list or ask via contact.
